The goal of BFL is to provide an enjoyable, character-building program free of prejudice, criticism and allowing all the youth of our community the opportunity to learn the game of football. The success of our program will not be measured by wins or losses, but by the sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility and the fun we experience through striving towards our goals.
BFL believes that the best way to teach is through example, showing dedication, commitment and a strong work ethic. In doing this BFL will always provide an uplifting, positive learning environment that will maintain the highest level of standards in athletics and academic achievement and will be a positive experience for all of our participants and parents. By working together to achieve a singular goal, BFL will instill the values of respect, commitment, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship and excellence. At BFL we will set high expectations for ourselves and our players so they will achieve or exceed these goals.
BFL will communicate effectively to ensure that everyone understands our intentions and expectations. BFL is committed to bringing excellence to every level of our organization. Our administrators, coaches and parents are all equally important to our organization. Together, we establish innovative thinking and organizational skills that continuously improve our program, regulations and help create an environment of open communication, trust and teamwork.
We will constantly strive to improve our program and to make BFL the model by which all other youth programs will be defined.
