Refund Policy
Refund Policy
  1. Refund requests before Registration Late Date:  Refund for the amount of your registration minus a 10% processing fee.
  2. Refund requests received between May 1 and May 31: Refund for amount of your registration, less a $50 cancellation fee.
  3. Refund requests received between  June 1 and August 31: Refund for 50% of the registration fee minus any late fees paid.
  4. No refunds for cancellations received after August 31.
  5. All refund checks will be issued between September 15 and before October 1 of the current Season.
  6. Cheerleaders that resign from the team, after Uniform Accessory items are ordered, forfeit these items.
  7. Competition Cheerleading:  Any fees paid to Evolution Training Center and non-refundable.
